Do you have a cancellation fee?

Yes, 50% for a 48 hour notice. 100% for a 24 hour notice.

What if I need to change the call time or have a VERY early call?

Changing the call time with less than a 24 hour notice or a call time before 6:30 am is subject to $50 surcharge.

Where do you deliver to?

We’ll deliver anywhere. $25-$100 depending on location.

Can I pay with credit card?

Yes, all orders paying with credit card are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

What if I need to change the count of my event?

Not a problem at all, there will be a surcharge of 50% per person for less than 48 hour notice. Count can only go up, it cannot go down.

Can you handle special requests?

ABSOLUTELY, whatever you need.

What if I want to add to the menu?

Not a problem at all, just give us a 48 hour notice to avoid any additional charges.

What measures are you taking?

We are taking the necessary procautions of wearing masks and gloves when preparing your food, as well as, wearing masks and gloves when delivering and setting up your meal. We are ensuring our survices are clean and we are following the recommended CDC guidelines.

Are your employees being tested for COVID-19?

Yes, we are testing our employees every 10 days.

How has the food setup on location changed?

We have changed from offering a buffet style feeding option on locations to individual boxed meals for each person. We have some pictures of how this new setup looks under our “Photos” page.
